We are a U.S.-based solar maintenance company looking for a Quality Assurance / Quality Checker to help us maintain top performance across our operations. You’ll be the backbone that ensures everything—from tracking equipment to supporting field crews—runs efficiently and accurately.
What You’ll Do
-Keep Airtable records organized and updated with the latest project details
-Monitor shipping and tracking information for packages and parts
-Process reimbursements and ensure proper documentation
-Contact support teams for troubleshooting issues and resolutions
-Coordinate with manufacturers for Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
-Assist field crews during on-site troubleshooting sessions
-Address client technical concerns forwarded by other teams
-Commission systems to ensure accuracy and timely updates
-Prepare easy-to-follow troubleshooting instructions for our technicians
What We’re Looking For
-Tech-savvy and curious by nature – you enjoy digging deep into problems until they’re solved
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
-Comfortable using tools like Airtable, Google Workspace, and CRMs
-Experience in technical support, QA, or admin support is a big plus
-Reliable internet connection and a proactive mindset
What We Offer
