Experienced Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Media Buyer – 5+ Years Experience

We’re looking for a highly experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer who has been successfully running and scaling campaigns for at least 5 years.
You’ll be working with a fast-growing clothing dropshipping brand operating in Germany and the U.S. markets, focused on consistent testing, optimization, and aggressive scaling.

What You’ll Do:

Create, manage, and optimize 10+ campaigns per day per store

Analyze ad performance, identify winning creatives, and scale effectively

Collaborate directly with the founder via daily Google Meet sessions (screen sharing required) to ensure productivity and precision

Manage ad budgets efficiently and make data-driven decisions

Stay up to date with Meta Ads algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Experience with e-commerce / dropshipping stores

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

Comfortable working live with the founder via Google Meet (must share screen during work sessions)

Strong communication skills in English

Reliable, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
