Job Overview

We are a U.S.–based Insurance and PEO brokerage agency that helps small and mid-sized businesses save money on workers’ compensation, payroll, and HR solutions.

We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Appointment Setter who can confidently call business owners, confirm renewal information, and book appointments with our licensed agents.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to grow with a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to U.S. business owners (B2B) using our CRM and call scripts.

Confirm renewal dates for workers’ comp and payroll accounts.

Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Send follow-up texts or emails when needed.

Record detailed notes and status updates in our CRM or Google Sheets.

Submit daily and weekly call reports.

Requirements

Excellent English communication (neutral or North American accent).

Confident speaking voice and professional phone manner.

Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing (insurance experience is a plus).

Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download).

Quiet work environment with headset and computer.

Comfortable working U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).

Familiar with tools like GoHighLevel, Close.io, HubSpot, or Google Sheets (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits

$4 – $6 USD per hour depending on experience.

Bonuses for every qualified appointment booked.

Paid weekly via Remitly or Paypal

Schedule

Monday – Friday

20 – 40 hours per week

Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time (night shift in PH)
