Title Escrow with Qualia Experience

About the Role
We’re looking for a Real Estate Title Escrow Closer to oversee the escrow and closing process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless experience for all parties involved. You’ll be the go-to person for preparing documents, managing funds, resolving title issues, and guiding clients through each step of the closing.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage the escrow process from start to finish in compliance with contracts, lender instructions, and title requirements.
- Prepare closing documents, including Closing Disclosures, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, and transaction paperwork with proper prorations.
- Review title commitments and resolve any defects, liens, or encumbrances to deliver a clear title.
- Act as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys.
- Manage fund disbursements including escrow payments, loan proceeds, and payoffs.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate post-closing records for review and auditing.

What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience as an escrow closer, title closer, or similar role in real estate/title industry
- Strong knowledge of title insurance, escrow principles, and closing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title/escrow software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Qualia is a Must
- Knowledge of Colorado real estate laws preferred
- Notary Public certification and/or title insurance producer license a plus
