No Code/Low Code Web SaaS Developer (AI & Automation)

About the Role:

Sseeking a No-Code Web SaaS Developer with strong expertise in AI integrations, workflow automation, and database management to help us design, build, and scale a web-based SaaS platform. You’ll be responsible for developing a functional, visually appealing, and intelligent platform using no-code/low-code technologies while embedding AI and automation features that enhance user experience and business efficiency.

This role requires a mix of technical know-how, problem-solving, and UI/UX sensibility, along with experience integrating AI APIs, automation tools, and scalable data architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development:

-Design, build, and maintain a SaaS web application using no-code or low-code tools (e.g., Bubble.io, FlutterFlow etc).

-Develop user authentication, subscription management, dashboards, and data workflows.

-Implement responsive design for cross-device compatibility.

AI & Automation Integration:

-Integrate AI models, APIs, and automation workflows (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom APIs) to enhance functionality.

-Design AI features for document parsing, text generation, voice agents, recommendations, and analytics.

-Build automated data pipelines between user actions, database logic, and AI-driven processes.

Database & Backend Management:

-Architect and manage secure, scalable databases (SQL / NoSQL / Xano / Airtable / Firebase / Supabase).

-Define data schemas, relationships, and API endpoints for integrations.

-Optimize backend performance and ensure data integrity.

UI/UX Collaboration

-Work with UI/UX designers to build clean, intuitive interfaces.

-Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on the design.

-Maintain a strong focus on accessibility, performance, and aesthetics.

Project Management & Documentation

-Translate business requirements into technical workflows and features.

-Maintain clear project documentation, data flow diagrams, and automation maps.

-Use agile methodologies for sprint-based development and progress tracking.

Required Skills & Experience:

-Proven experience building SaaS applications using no-code or low-code tools

-Strong understanding of API integration, webhooks, and third-party services.

-Experience with AI and automation tools (OpenAI API, Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).

-Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and backend logic (Airtable, Xano, Firebase, Supabase).

-Solid knowledge of web app architecture, authentication, and user management.

-Strong UI/UX sensibility — experience using Figma or similar tools a plus.

-Basic understanding of JavaScript, Python, or SQL is advantageous (not mandatory).

-Experience deploying and maintaining SaaS apps on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, etc.).

-Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

-Previous experience working on AI-enhanced SaaS or productivity platforms.

-Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM API design, and vector databases.

-Understanding of GDPR/compliance and secure data handling practices.

-Startup or product-building experience - especially in early-stage environments.
