Job Description:
The Accounting QuickBooks Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial records using QuickBooks. You will play a key role in ensuring that all accounting processes are efficient and aligned with our business objectives. Additionally, you must be able to file company year-end tax returns using TurboTax and rectify balance sheets for tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update financial transactions and records in QuickBooks.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Rectify balance sheets for accurate tax returns.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
Provide oversight of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
File company year-end tax returns with TurboTax.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Google Workspace.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preference for candidates with CPA certification.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
