JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly skilled Automation Specialist who can take full ownership of building and maintaining our clients’ automation systems. This is a client-facing role that involves setting up integrations from scratch, troubleshooting issues, and proactively improving workflows.

- Attend onboarding calls with clients to get access and set up systems.

- Build GoHighLevel Accounts from scratch, including:
• Business profile setup
• Domain & DNS configuration
Email & phone setup (including A2P registration)
Facebook ----------
• Calendar creation & integrations (including round-robin calendars)
• Implement existing snapshots into each client account.

- Integrate external softwares (Typeform & Calendly)

- Troubleshoot automation issues when sequences don’t fire or contacts aren’t flowing correctly. When this happens, you'll need to add misfired contacts into automations. You'll also need to Identify & fix breaks in automations quickly.

- Adjust existing automations based on client's needs

- Proactively request copy or assets needed to complete builds.

- Follow existing SOPs while working efficiently and independently.

- Communicate with team to align on launches & automation needs. Must be proficient in English.
