About the Project

The Quill Plains Forum is a regional real estate initiative by The Bergquist Group – eXp Realty, showcasing the unique communities across the Quill Plains region of Saskatchewan — including Wynyard, Wadena, Foam Lake, Lanigan, Watson, Quill Lake, Raymore, Elfros, and beyond.

We’re building individual landing pages for each community to highlight local features and capture real estate leads. The first landing page was created in Canva, and we now need additional pages set up in Lofty (formerly Chime) to align with our brand and CRM lead capture system.

Scope of Work

This is a project-based gig, ideal for a freelancer familiar with both Canva and Lofty.
You will:

Build 8–10 community landing pages in Lofty

Match the visual design and layout of the original Canva page

Include lead capture forms integrated with Lofty CRM

Add local community photos, descriptions, and key highlights

Ensure mobile optimization and consistent branding (black, white, slate)

Requirements

? Strong working knowledge of Lofty landing page creation
? Proficiency with Canva for layout and content design
? Experience in real estate marketing and lead generation
? Detail-oriented and able to deliver clean, high-conversion pages

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with small-town Saskatchewan or rural real estate markets

Experience with Mailchimp, Zapier, or other automation tools

Basic copywriting and SEO understanding
