Position: Appointment Setter

Rate: £5 per hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Setup: Remote / Work from home

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our UK-based team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients via phone (after our email campaigns are sent through HubSpot), introducing our laboratory services, identifying the best point of contact, and booking appointments for our sales team.
You’ll be the first point of contact with prospects, so strong communication and confidence in selling are key.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects after email outreach campaigns
- Introduce our company and services in a professional and engaging manner
- Identify key decision-makers and arrange appointments for the sales team
- Update and manage all leads, calls, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM
- Learn and understand the company’s services to effectively present them to potential clients


Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (required)
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with clients
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision


Work Hours:
UK business hours preferred (to be discussed during the interview)
