About the Role:
As a Client Care Specialist [CCS], you are the person who helps clients resolve their concerns at 1-800Accountant. You will support our clients with training on our tools, programs, assistance, and more. As a CCS, you are passionate about delivering a world-class experience. Our goal is to ensure that when a client has an issue, it is resolved with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
In this role, you will deliver the best client experience for small business clients purchasing subscription financial services packages nationwide. You will assist clients with their support needs, driving client retention, lifetime value, and client satisfaction.
You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are customer-centric, energetic, and empathetic. You have a deep understanding and ability to utilize technology and intelligent business processes to execute a fantastic client experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Client Care (Support) in person or call center.
- Proven success in documenting, assessing, and resolving client issues promptly.
- Understanding of SaaS products and front-line client support
- Salesforce CRM experience a plus
- Experience in an SMB environment is a plus
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
