mobile developer needed for a receipt/document organaizer app

We are seeking a mobile developer to create an app with the following functionality/features:

The mobile user will scan a receipt or document via camera.
The file it will save the document is in .pdf format

The mobile app will use http://www.pdflib.com/products/tet/ pdflib or a similar tool to extract text from pdf

Once extracted the exported values can be stored in cells and tables and allow the user to search for the pdf by search string query such as:



date

item no

price

qty

store name

address





user be allowed to search by cell names, IDs.



categorize the receipts.


Pdf to be saved locally on system.
