JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Part-Time Virtual Assistant / Marketing Support Specialist to assist with our fertility wellness business.
This position involves client communication, marketing coordination, and helping to grow our online presence through thoughtful engagement and lead generation.
You’ll play an important role in helping women discover our fertility wellness programs through genuine and caring communication.

Main Responsibilities
???? Client Communication & Support

Reply to client messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram in a professional, warm, and caring tone

Manage inquiries, record updates, and follow up with leads or existing clients

Help confirm bookings, reschedule sessions, and maintain smooth communication flow


???? Marketing & Lead Generation

Assist in managing and optimizing Facebook Ads (boosting posts, basic targeting, monitoring performance)

Help brainstorm and schedule engaging posts or stories aligned with the brand tone

Support community growth through group engagement and page interaction

Track new leads from ads or social media and organize them for follow-up

Research collaborations, guest features, or outreach opportunities to grow visibility


????? Administrative & Creative Tasks

Keep client or lead lists updated in Google Sheets or CRM

Help prepare content summaries, captions, or performance reports

Coordinate with the founder on daily priorities and content planning
