Apparel Graphic Designer Lead

We are looking for a Graphic Designer Lead to oversee our design team and production of custom apparel designs for sororities and fraternities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the design team in developing apparel graphics for sororities and fraternities.
Review and approve design concepts before they move to production to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and marketing to align design direction with client needs.
Provide creative direction, guidance, and mentorship to junior designers.
Stay updated with apparel and Greek life trends to keep designs fresh and appealing.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ensure accuracy and quality in all design files before handoff to production.


Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in apparel, preferably within the Greek industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing apparel and graphic design work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for typography, layout, and color.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Prior experience in apparel or branding design is highly preferred.
