About the Role:
We are looking for a Client Success/Account Manager to join our team and help manage our client portfolio of product-based businesses. This role requires someone who has experience working with multiple brands (ideally in a marketing agency setting) and who is confident managing teams, overseeing campaigns, and coordinating end-to-end execution for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner directly with the Founder of Atlas Row to review client requests, prioritize needs, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Review and provide feedback on work completed by offshore support teams
• Assign tasks to offshore tea
• Manage campaigns across
• Oversee client deliverables from end to end, ensuring timelines and goals are met
• Act as a proactive point of contact, maintaining strong communication with both clients and internal teams
Qualifications
• Previous experience working with multiple product-based businesses (marketing agency experience preferred)
• Strong track record of managing teams and delegating effectively
• 100% fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with campaign management
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
• Able to juggle multiple clients and multiple workflows with ease
Schedule & Pay
• Hours: 4–6 hours per day
• Time Zone: U.S. hours (10 a.m. – 4 p.m. CST)
• Pay: $8 per hour
Daily Pay Range:
• 4 hours/day = $32/day
• 6 hours/day = $48/day
Monthly Pay Range (assuming 20 working days):
• 4 hours/day = $640/month
• 6 hours/day = $960/month
