Cold Telegram Outreach

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Filipino Virtual Assistant to handle cold outreach on Telegram.
Your main role is to start genuine conversations with potential leads, following our pre-written scripts and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

Message new leads on Telegram daily using provided scripts.

Qualify leads based on their responses and interest level.

Maintain accurate records of conversations in our tracking sheet/CRM.

Report daily progress (messages sent, responses, leads generated).

Communicate with the team for feedback and updates.

Requirements:

Excellent written English (grammar, spelling, and tone matter).

Comfortable using Telegram, Google Sheets, and basic tracking tools.

Consistent internet connection and mobile/desktop Telegram access.

Strong attention to detail — you can follow scripts but also sound natural.

Reliable, self-motivated, and available for consistent work hours.

Preferred but not required:

Previous experience with outreach, lead generation, or sales messaging.

Experience in social media services or digital marketing.

Working Hours:

5 hours per day, flexible schedule (as long as daily targets are met).

Communication via Telegram and zoom when needed.
