Experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year experience

Minimum 1 year Experience in Conveyancing

Strong knowledge of property law, regulations, and the conveyancing process

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently

Sound knowledge of PEXA and Duties Online

Strong proficiency in using legal software and systems, including conveyancing platforms

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills

Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision

Knowledge of relevant legal and conveyancing practices and procedures

Experienced in preparing Contract of Sale & Vendor Statements ( Section 32 )
