I am looking for a full-time Content Operator with proven experience in creative production and content growth — for example, editing YouTube videos for high retention, producing ad creatives that convert, or scaling channels from 0 to monetisation.
Bonus if you have cross-platform experience (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) with measurable results. You will be a key part of my content and e-commerce ecosystem, working directly with me and my UAE-based company, Kailan Industries FZCO.

This role is full-time and exclusive.
Initial pay: $700 USD/month (10 hours per day, 6 days per week)
Weekly payments via Crypto (USDT/USDC) — later may shift to international bank transfers, so you must be comfortable with both.

Profit Share Structure

I already have multiple monetised systems and e-commerce stores connected to each project (some generating thousands of dollars).
I need someone to help make that income consistent — and share in the profits.
• 5.0% of net profit on all projects you actively work on, until your total fixed + commission reaches $1,500/month
• 3.0% on profit between $1,500–$2,500/month
• 1.5% on profit between $2,500–$4,500/month
• 0.15%–0.50% beyond that, depending on the project

For the right person, a Head of Content role managing multiple brands could open up, with income potential of $5,000–$7,500+ per month over time.
I have done similar arrangements before where tea ---------- mbers earned $1,000–$2,000+ profit share within the first month.

While the fixed pay is modest for the hours, this role is for someone ambitious, highly capable, and results-driven.
I am not looking for a casual editor. I am looking for someone who can produce content at scale that drives measurable results.
I am targeting the top 20% of talent in the Philippines — someone who performs.

I don’t care about formal qualifications, but I do care deeply about:

Responsibilities (not a complete list)
• Create and edit ad creatives for e-commerce and D2C brands
• Edit YouTube videos for high retention and watch time
• Manage full creative production (cutting, editing, polishing content)
• Deliver scripts, edits, and creative assets on time
• Repurpose videos across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Execute creative tests and software workflows
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce Operator who handles strategy, marketing, and scaling
