AI Automation Specialist (Appointment Systems)

We help medical and aesthetic clinics get more booked consultations using AI chatbots and automation tools.
Our systems handle client messages, qualify leads, and automatically book appointments — no receptionist needed.

Compensation:
8 hours a day, Monday to Friday

Schedule:
9AM to 5PM PH time (can potentially be changed upon request)

Your Role:
You’ll help set up and manage automation systems for our clients:
Build chatbots for Instagram, websites, Messenger and WhatsApp
Connect calendars (Calendly / Google Calendar)
Use tools like Manychat, Zapier, Make, or Flowise
Test, troubleshoot, and improve automations

Requirements:
? Experience with chatbot or automation platforms (Manychat, Chatbase, Botpress, etc.)
? Familiar with workflow tools like Zapier or Make (Integromat)
? Understands booking system integrations
? Good written English & fast communication
? Reliable internet connection

?? You won't be trained on how to do the automations, we're looking for an expert in the area, someone that already knows how to build the chatbot automations we provide our clients.

You'll start at $6/hour and become full time shortly after.
