Supply Chain Manager (E-Commerce, Full-Time Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimise the full order flow of our e-commerce operations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that order issues are prevented before they escalate, and that customers and suppliers stay aligned throughout the fulfillment process.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, as well as hands-on experience in e-commerce logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prevent escalations by proactively identifying and resolving potential order issues before they affect the customer
- Manage and track order-related problems such as:
- Out-of-stock products
- Unavailable sizes or colours
- Delayed shipments or fulfillment errors
- Communicate with both customers and suppliers to clarify issues and provide fast, accurate updates
- Ensure all orders meet internal quality standards before final delivery
- Handle and negotiate price deductions or refunds in case of supplier errors or product quality issues
- Maintain accurate records of issue types and recurring patterns to improve supplier performance
- Work closely with the customer service and logistics teams to improve order workflows and reduce friction

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar logistics/order management role in e-commerc
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent at spotting risks early and taking initiative to resolve them
- Able to manage multiple ongoing cases and maintain accurate documentation
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with suppliers, product data, and order management systems
- Able to work full-time, remote, ideally within the PH daytime zone
- Experience with Shopify, ClickUp, Gorgias, or other e-commerce tools
- Background in working with DTC or dropshipping brands
