Looking for Rockstars - Sales Outbound Agents

We are looking for 6 sales outbound agents who can work full-time. We need people who has experience in the following:

-Outbound Sales (try to sell us a hairpin)
-Selling pharmaceutical products
-Starting up with a pioneer account (your thoughts/ideas/suggestions would be highly considered)

These Rockstars should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and would be able to religiously send a sales report by the end of the day, every working day. The Rockstars should also be able to work 40 hours a week and are available at night time Manila (morning North America). They should be dynamic, with high motivation, and very responsible. They should also be willing to work with pay per sale or commission basis (10%-15% of the sales).

Successful candidates will undergo product training and nesting period. This could be a long term business relationship.
