What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead SEO and SEM strategy for We Built You This and our client portfolio.
Deploy digital marketing campaigns quickly — from content creation to ad optimization.
Collaborate with the dev and ops team to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging.
Develop marketing templates, systems, and automations to make future campaigns repeatable and efficient.
Design visuals and creatives (social posts, landing pages, ads, etc.) aligned with brand identity.
Communicate directly with clients, explaining strategy, results, and next steps.
(Bonus) Use AI tools to generate or enhance graphics, content, or ad materials.
(Preferred) Located in Cebu / Visayas for collaboration — but open to all applicants nationwide.

Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of SEO / SEM / Google Ads / Analytics / Meta Ads.
Prior Go High Level Experience
Experience in graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
Comfortable with marketing automation platforms (Go High Level, HubSpot, Zapier, etc.).
Ability to analyze campaign data and make fast, data-driven adjustments.
Agency experience required — ideally 2+ years in a digital or creative agency.


Soft Skills:
Works efficiently and quickly — can execute ideas with minimal supervision.
Builds repeatable systems, templates, and processes for scalability.
Excellent English and client communication skills (written and verbal).
Builder mentality — we’re early-stage, and you’ll help shape our marketing foundation.
