Web Designer & GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Expert

Role Overview
We are looking for a hybrid creative and technical specialist to join our Virtual Assistant Agency. You aren't just a designer; you are a builder who understands how to convert traffic into leads using the GoHighLevel ecosystem and Zapier automation. You will be responsible for creating high-converting funnels and ensuring the "plumbing" behind the scenes works flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

GHL Mastery: Build, manage, and optimize sub-accounts, snapshots, and complex workflows within GoHighLevel.

High-End Web Design: Create visually stunning, mobile-responsive landing pages and websites that align with modern UI/UX standards.

Automation Logic: Set up multi-step Zaps to connect GHL with external tools (Slack, Google Sheets, Stripe, etc.).
Operational Excellence: Maintain organized naming conventions for all assets to ensure our agency remains scalable.

Technical & Hardware Requirements

Internet: Reliable, high-speed fiber internet (Backup connection preferred).

Audio: Professional noise-canceling headphones for team syncs and client calls.

Availability: Must be able to work PST 9 AM – 5 PM when required for specific projects or meetings.

Tools: Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Canva/Figma/Adobe Suite.
