Role Overview
As a Remote Enterprise Sales Development Representative (E-SDR), you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, and appointment scheduling with U.S. law firms that handle medical malpractice, personal injury, and mass tort cases.
You will engage directly with managing partners, intake coordinators, and paralegals to introduce the Onye Digital Platform and book qualified demos for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to U.S. law firms during business hours.
• Identify and qualify decision-makers (partners, intake directors, case managers).
• Clearly communicate Onye’s value:
“We help malpractice and injury lawyers access patient medical records in minutes, not weeks.”
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for the U.S. Sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, lead data, and call notes in the CRM (HubSpot or Monday).
• Collaborate with Marketing for follow-up campaigns and email sequences.
• Report weekly metrics: connect rate, booked meetings, and conversion ratios.

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of outbound SDR, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience for U.S. clients.
• Excellent English communication skills (clear, neutral accent).
• Experience selling into legal, SaaS, or healthcare verticals preferred.
• Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. EST/PST hours).
• Tech-savvy with CRM, Google Workspace, Meet, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
• Stable home internet and quiet workspace (noise-canceling headset required).
