Pay & progression

Month 1: $3.00 USD / hour (trial & onboarding month).

From month 2: $4.00 USD / hour.

Opportunity to grow into a lead editor or higher pay based on performance.

What you’ll receive

Example videos as references, plus full ad scripts and editing guidelines for every deliverable.

Clear technical specs (aspect ratios, durations, export settings) and caption/subtitle guidance.

Role summary (short)

You’ll take example videos and scripts and produce short-form ads that closely match the provided references. Creativity is allowed within the guidelines, but accuracy and consistency with the provided style is essential.

Daily / weekly responsibilities

Edit short-form videos (15s / 30s / 60s) to match provided scripts and example references.

Add accurate subtitles and on-screen text following our template.

Apply provided brand and visual guidelines (fonts, pacing, cuts, hooks).

Deliver files named correctly and uploaded to our Drive by agreed deadlines.

Communicate fast if something is unclear; ask questions early.

Skills & tools (you should be comfortable with)

Experience editing short social videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Able to use CapCut

Good sense of pacing, hooks, captions, and mobile-first storytelling.

Reliable computer and internet for uploading assets.

Quality standards (what counts as good work)

Edits closely match the reference example and script (timing, text placement, energy).

Subtitles are accurate, well-timed, and readable on mobile.

Revisions responded to within 24 hours.

How we pay & review

Hourly pay paid monthly (first month at $3/hr, then $4/hr).
