GoHighLevel (GHL) Workflow & Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Workflow & Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing automated workflows and integrations within the GHL platform to streamline lead management, client onboarding, communication sequences, and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
a. Design, build, and optimize automations and workflows within GoHighLevel.
b. Set up and manage triggers, campaigns, pipelines, forms, and calendars.
c. Integrate GoHighLevel with external tools and apps
d. Develop and maintain automated follow-up sequences for leads, clients, and internal processes.
e. Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.
f. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to identify automation opportunities.
g. Ensure data integrity and compliance across all GHL processes

Qualifications:
a. Proven experience working with GoHighLevel CRM (minimum 1–2 years).
b. Strong knowledge of workflow automation, funnel building, and campaign management.
c. Understanding of CRM logic, triggers, and API integrations.
d. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
e. Excellent communication and documentation skills

Compensation
a. Rate will depend on the applicant’s offer and experience.
