JOB OVERVIEW

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The primary responsibility for this position is to plan, execute, and manage the company’s marketing initiatives
end-to-end, with a strong focus on CRM management, content creation, and digital marketing. This role ensures
that marketing campaigns are effective, timely, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. The
Marketing Coordinator will also assist with administrative tasks when marketing workload is light, contributing
to the overall efficiency of business operations.

This role is responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Overseeing and managing all marketing initiatives from start to finish.
2. Managing and optimising the company’s CRM system to support marketing and sales activities.
3. Creating compelling content across multiple channels including emails, blogs, and social media.
4. Assisting with SEO, analytics, and marketing reporting to improve campaign performance.
5. Supporting the development of marketing automation within the CRM.
6. Providing design support for marketing materials and campaigns as required.
7. Undertaking general administrative tasks when marketing workload is low.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Set up, manage, and maintain the CRM system for marketing and sales purposes.
• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs) using CRM and email platforms.
• Write engaging copy for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Optimise content for SEO and monitor performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Assist with creating marketing graphics, layouts, and visual content where needed.
• Build and manage CRM automations to streamline marketing workflows and client engagement.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and independently drive initiatives to completion.
• Undertake general admin tasks to assist the wider team during low marketing periods.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, assets, and campaigns.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Proven ability to manage marketing initiatives independently from start to finish.
• Experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and data-driven marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting ability.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
Experience with Google Analytics or other marketing analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace cloudbased tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva is desirable.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is ideal.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new digital tools.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
