Sales & Marketing Assistant

We are a day and medical spa seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position perfect for someone who thrives on independence, loves working with multiple platforms, and has a strong grasp of digital marketing and sales funnels.

A basic understanding of the day spa and medical spa industry is required, including familiarity with aesthetic treatments, wellness services, and spa terminology.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with potential clients to close sales leads via phone, email, and chat
Manage and update website content using Wix Studio
Create engaging visual content, blogs and marketing materials using Canva, and similar software
Build, optimize, and manage sales funnels and marketing automation in Go High Level
Assist with content management across multiple platforms
Support sales and marketing initiatives with strategic input
Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns for performance
Maintain organized systems for tracking projects, tasks, and deliverables
Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders in excellent English
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:

Basic understanding of the day spa and medical spa industry - familiarity with aesthetic treatments, wellness services, and spa terminology
Sales experience - ability to communicate with potential clients and close sales leads effectively
Excellent English (written and spoken communication)
Wix Studio experience - ability to edit, update, and manage website content
Canva proficiency - create professional graphics and marketing materials
Go High Level experience - funnel building, automation, CRM management
Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journey mapping
Proven Sales & Marketing background with demonstrable results
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Strong content management skills
