About the Role

We’re looking for a kind, action-taking, and thoughtful Customer Happiness Agent to join our remote team.
You’ll be part of a small but mighty crew led by Jordan (UK-based) — helping customers through phone and email support (no live chat or social DMs).

You’ll:
? Handle inbound and outbound calls (order updates, subscription issues, follow-ups)
? Manage email support with care, empathy, and attention to detail
? Resolve refunds, replacements, and delivery issues directly (no endless escalations!)
? Proactively follow up on failed payments and retention-related issues
? Consistently share customer feedback to help improve products and processes

This isn’t a robotic “ticketing” job — it’s about real human connection and ownership.

Work Schedule

???? Full-Time: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday only)

Mondays: 8 AM – 4 PM GMT (3 PM – 11 PM PH time)

Tues–Fri: 4 PM – 12 AM GMT (11 PM – 7 AM PH time)

No weekend work. No shift rotations. Just consistency and rhythm.

Your Ideal Experience

1+ year of Customer Support experience (required)

Experience in eCommerce (Shopify preferred)

Familiar with Shopify, Gorgias, VoIP systems, and Google Sheets

Bonus: experience handling payment disputes or processors

Strong English communication (written & spoken)

Empathetic, fast learner, and comfortable handling calls

You enjoy helping others and can stay calm under pressure
