Health & Life Insurance Assistant

We need to hire someone as a FULL TIME employee who has the following qualifications:

1. He/She already has experience helping broker with QUOTING health, medicare or life insurance products and understand the general scope of health & life insurance in general.

* Please don't apply if you never quote health insurance products before as this is the primary requirements

2. Being able to write, understand, and speak English fluently & clearly, especially when dealing with clients and insurance's underwriters

3. He/She needs to be very comfortable talking to carriers and clients in a friendly and comfortable voice.

4. Have high speed internet speed for both download and upload speed to handle incoming/outgoing calls smoothly. Above 100 Mbps UPLOAD speed for clear communications for VOIP.

5. He/She needs to be proactive, coachable, and self starter/motivated on tasks that are assigned and have a problem solver mentality and not having "taking order" mentality from clients.

6. Proficient in basic computers functionalities such as email, excel, words, etc.

Optional:
- We use RingCentral as the main communication for internal as well as making outbound calls to clients
- We use HawkSoft for CMS & Agency zoom for marketing (recommended to
- Gmail for all email correspondents.
