Responsibilities:
Develop and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
Design career development plans and facilitate training initiatives.
Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvement strategies.
Collaborate with team leads to identify and address talent gaps.
Facilitate hiring processes, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Organize and facilitate company events and employee initiatives.
Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with employees to provide support and gather feedback.
Administer surveys to assess employee needs and overall company engagement.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles focused on employee engagement and talent development.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing training programs.
Strong understanding of performance evaluation methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
