Utility (Janitor)

Job description:

The successful candidates will be given the task of Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, Etc.)

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

High School graduate
Proven 1-2 years Janitorial/Utility experience is a plus
Can perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Make adjustments and minor repairs.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Knowledge in cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
Notify Management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Can follow all health and safety regulations.
Observes and can promote a healthy lifestyle
Can work from Mondays through Saturdays
Lives near or at Mandaluyong City
Willing to undergo all the pre-qualification processes of the company
Seriously interested to work with a stable company
Can start immediately, after completing all pre-qualifications, preferably, within 30 days or earlier
Compensation

Starting salary of P695.00/ day (new minimum wage)
