Property Manager - Short Term Rental Company

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing Australian short-term rental management business. You’ll be working directly with property owners, handling calls, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day.

Because you’ll be speaking regularly with Australian owners, a clear and neutral accent is our top priority. You MUST submit a video of yourself introducing yourself prior to any interviews.

About the Role
1. Manage day-to-day property operations for our portfolio of homes and apartments
2. Communicate directly with property owners by phone and email
3. Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and other suppliers
4. Handle owner questions and property updates promptly and professionally
5. Track property performance and ensure owners receive accurate information
6. Take initiative to identify and solve issues before they become problems

Requirements
1. At least 2 years of experience in property management (required)
2. Excellent English communication skills and confident phone manner
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
4. Proactive attitude – you don’t wait to be told what to do
5. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Bonus Points
- Previous experience managing short-term rentals (Airbnb, ---------- , etc.)
