Amazon Virtual Assistant (Online Arbitrage, Wholesale, & Private Label Specialist)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Online Arbitrage (OA), Wholesale, and Private Label (PL) operations Unites states, Canada. Mexico.
You will play a key role in helping SH Trends identify profitable products, manage supplier relationships, and optimize listings to maximize sales and profit margins.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and highly knowledgeable about Amazon FBA business models.

Key Responsibilities:
Online Arbitrage (OA)

Source profitable products from retail and online stores based on ROI, sales rank, and competition.

Analyze products using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, RevSeller, Tactical Arbitrage, or similar.

Verify product restrictions, variations, and IP alerts before purchase.

Prepare detailed sourcing sheets and maintain accurate sourcing records.

Wholesale

Identify and contact potential wholesale suppliers and distributors.

Analyze wholesale catalogs for profitable and replenishable items.

Build and maintain supplier databases, track pricing and availability.

Manage purchase orders, invoices, and replenishment schedules.

Private Label

Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify high-demand niches.

Assist in product sourcing, packaging coordination, and listing creation.

Optimize listings for SEO, keywords, and conversions.

Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for brand growth.

General Responsibilities

Maintain Amazon inventory and ensure listings comply with Amazon policies.

Prepare weekly reports summarizing progress, findings, and KPIs.

Collaborate with management to develop strategies for scaling operations.

At least 1 year of experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant working with OA, Wholesale, or PL models proven record.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Proficiency with tools such as Keepa, Helium10, Jungle Scout, SellerAmp, Tactical Arbitrage, and Google Sheets.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
