We’re a dog training & boarding company in Utah (18 years+ in the business) hiring a full-time VA, no side jobs, please.

What You’ll Do:
• Talk with pet parents by phone, text, and email
• Schedule dog training and daycare/boarding through our systems (Gingr, GHL)
• Follow up on bookings and payments
• Admin tasks ( ---------- )
• Team coordination (Google Chat)
• Occasionally help with hiring, reports, and creative content

Perks: Long-term, stable role, 4-day workweek, Annual raise after 6 months

Hourly Rate:
First 3 months - $5.50/hr.
After passing performance evaluation – (4th month) $6/hr
After passing 2nd Performance evaluation – (6th month) $7/hr
Annual increase (yearly) depending on performance.

Working days: 4-days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
OFF (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday)
Schedule: 9am to 7pm MDT/MST
