Efficiency Architect

We’re looking for an experienced, high-performance Ops Assistant to join our fast-growing team.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the systems that keep our business running smoothly — from call centre operations and service delivery pipelines to project management workflows and sales processes. You’ll be building, automating, and optimising using tools like GoHighLevel, ---------- , and ---------- , ensuring every part of the business runs efficiently and scales with ease.

This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding. You’ll be working independently, figuring things out as you go, troubleshooting, and finding creative ways to make complex systems talk to each other. You’ll need to bring a deep understanding of operations, automation, and process improvement — and be the kind of person who loves solving problems before anyone else even spots them.

We’re looking for someone who already knows what they’re doing. Someone who’s worked in fast-moving, tech-driven environments before and thrives on autonomy. You’ll have the freedom (and responsibility) to design, test, and deploy systems that improve how our business operates every day.
