About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Scheduling & Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team.
This is a hybrid role focused on scheduling social content and building out paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager.
You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to ensure content is delivered seamlessly — from post scheduling to ad campaign setup and optimisation.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Social Media Management
Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram,
Using scheduling platforms (such as Plann, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
Maintaining organised content calendars for multiple venues.
Ensuring all posts have correct captions, tags, and links.
Communicating with our creative producers to confirm deliverables.
Double-checking content for quality, formatting, and consistency.
Paid Ads Management
Building and launching Meta Ads campaigns from scratch (including copy, creative setup, and targeting).
Managing campaign structure, budgets, and placements across multiple venues.
Monitoring performance and optimising for ROAS, engagement, and reach.
Preparing reports and identifying insights to improve campaign performance.
Staying up-to-date with Meta’s best practices and algorithm changes.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — running and optimising campaigns.
Proven experience as a Social Media Scheduler or Digital Marketing Assistant.
Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Plann, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Experience using project management systems such as ClickUp to stay organised and meet deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Strong written English and understanding of brand tone.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
Experience with hospitality or lifestyle brands is highly regarded.
