VA - Project Manager. Customer sales director

Compensation:
• $75 per week base pay
• Plus performance bonuses for converting old appointments into new jobs
• Expected weekly earnings: $125–$175

Responsibilities:
• Call on existing leads and past appointments
• Check in with prospects to see if they have questions, need support, or are ready to move forward with our services
• Update and track all interactions in our CRM system
• Communicate clearly with tea ---------- mbers about customer needs and status updates

Requirements:
• Excellent spoken English (clear, professional, and confident on the phone)
• Previous experience using CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable internet and quiet work environment
• Self-motivated and able to work during U.S. business hours (CST)
