About the Role
Backbody Project is a women’s fitness and lifestyle brand focused on longevity, habit-building, and functional movement. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Ad Creator + Social Media Manager to help us grow through short-form video content and a consistent social media presence.
What You’ll Do
* Edit 7–15 short-form videos per week (3-second cuts, clean pacing, trend-aware).
* Create and test high-performing ad creatives for Meta and Instagram.
* Manage daily posting and scheduling using Meta Business Suite.
* Write engaging, on-brand captions aligned with our brand voice and strategy.
* Track performance and identify winning styles, hooks, and visuals.
* Keep content and assets organized in ClickUp and Google Drive.
* Follow our internal creative guide to maintain consistent visual and tonal quality.
* Collaborate directly with the founder on content direction and campaign planning.
Tools / Platforms
Meta Business Suite • Canva • ClickUp • InShot or CapCut (preferred)
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience editing short-form content (Reels, Stories, Ads)
* Strong grasp of social trends and creative performance marketing
* Fast turnaround times and great communication
* Organized, reliable, and proactive
* Interest in wellness, longevity, or lifestyle content is a plus
Hours
Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
Compensation
$400–$650 USD per month, depending on experience
