About the Company:

EquiNest Group LLC is a real estate investment company based in Houston, Texas, focused on finding and acquiring off-market properties through wholesaling. We buy, sell, and assign contracts on single-family homes in key Texas markets and beyond.

We’re expanding our acquisitions team and looking for an experienced, motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to join our growing family.

Position Overview:

Your main job is to contact homeowners, build rapport, identify motivated sellers, and pass qualified leads to our acquisitions team. You’ll be making outbound calls using our dialer system and following a proven script designed to convert.

Responsibilities:

? Make 400–600 outbound calls per day using our dialer (BatchDialer or CallTools)
? Follow a proven real estate script to qualify leads
? Ask the right questions to find motivation, condition, timeline, and price
? Take detailed notes in Google Sheets or CRM (Podio / GoHighLevel)
? Schedule call-backs and set appointments for closers
? Attend short daily huddles and report daily progress

Requirements:

???? Minimum 6 months real estate cold calling experience (wholesaling preferred)

???? Excellent English with a neutral or light accent

???? Reliable high-speed internet (10 Mbps+)

???? Noise-canceling headset & quiet workspace

? Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST (U.S. time)

???? Consistent work ethic and positive attitude

???? Familiarity with REI tools like BatchDialer, CallTools, or Mojo is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

???? Starting Pay: $3.50/hour (40 hours/week)
???? Performance Bonus: $25–$100 per qualified lead or closed deal
???? Payment Method: Weekly via Wise, PayPal, or GCash
???? Full-Time Position: Long-term with growth opportunities
