JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to handle HOA (Homeowners Association) applications and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, resilient, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and process HOA applications from start to finish
• Communicate with clients, property managers, and HOA representatives as needed
• Maintain organized records of submissions and approvals
• Follow up on pending applications and updates
• Provide administrative support to the management team as required

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines without close supervision
• Resilient and resourceful — can find solutions and take initiative
• Familiarity with HOA processes or real estate documentation is an advantage
