Sales and Inventory Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales & Inventory Assistant to support our fashion brand operations. This role involves assisting with stock updates, order tracking, and general e-commerce support.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update OTS / stock reports

Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliations

Create and update line sheets and product lists

Support wholesale and e-commerce operations

Communicate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate reporting

Handle basic data entry and spreadsheet organization

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience with Shopify, Brandboom, or wholesale platforms is a plus
