Research & Growth VA for Physician-Founder

I’m a physician-founder building healthcare + finance ventures. We move fast, document processes, and measure results. You’ll help with research, lead generation, light ad ops, spreadsheets, and SOPs.

Responsibilities
• Build targeted lead lists (e.g., physical therapy clinic owners, anesthesiology recruiters, family offices/HNWI, vendors).
• Research competitors, pricing, regulations; summarize in clear one-pagers.
• Ads/ops support: organize creatives, basic UTM links, QA landing pages, export weekly metrics.
• CRM hygiene and sheet maintenance (status, owners, due dates).
• Document SOPs with screenshots/short Looms.
• Admin: calendar briefs, vendor follow-ups, light inbox tagging.

Must-haves
• Excellent written English; proactive communication.
• Strong Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot basics), Docs, Drive.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn/Apollo/Crunchbase-style research, Meta Ads basics (you’ll be trained).
• Organized, detail-oriented, follows checklists, meets deadlines.

Nice-to-haves
• Healthcare/finance exposure, GoHighLevel/HubSpot, basic regex/UTM familiarity, Notion.

Equipment/Setup
• Reliable internet (25 Mbps+), backup data, quiet workspace, headset.
• Willing to use TimeProof (or similar), submit EOD summaries.
