Amazon Product Sourcing VA (Full-Time, Long-Term)

About Us:
Radiant Distribution is a fast-growing e-commerce company based in the United States. We manage multiple successful brands on Amazon and are known for high standards, rapid growth, and data-driven decision-making. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Amazon Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us expand our product portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Research and source profitable, compliant Amazon FBA products that align with our brand strategy
2. Analyze market trends, competitors, and product performance data to ensure strong ROI
3. Communicate and negotiate directly with suppliers from Alibaba, 1688, and other manufacturers
4. Evaluate product opportunities using tools and metrics like ROI, sales rank, profit margin, and demand
5. Keep our product sourcing tracker and supplier database updated and well-organized
6. Work closely with the U.S. team to support product launches, restocks, and ongoing brand growth

What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in Amazon FBA product sourcing (Private Label, Wholesale, or Online Arbitrage)
2. Solid knowledge of tools such as Helium10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, SellerAmp, or SmartScout
3. Strong analytical skills and great instincts for spotting high-potential products
4. Excellent written and spoken English
5. High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
7. Must have a stable internet connection
8. Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer
9. Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. business hours

Bonus Points If You Have:
1. Experience working with U.S.-based Amazon sellers or agencies
2. Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA logistics, and compliance rules
3. Hands-on experience in supplier communication and price negotiation
4. Familiarity with tools like PriceLabs or Sellerboard
