JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist with strong expertise in developing and implementing intelligent automation solutions that optimize workflows and enhance business efficiency. Skilled in process automation, CRM management, project coordination, database administration, and API integrations. Adept at translating complex requirements into scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and drive organizational productivity. Candidate must be proficient with tools like n8n, ---------- , Zapier, Google Workspace, and CRMs to automate tasks, track data, and keep workflows organized.

AI Business Solutions helps small-to-mid-sized businesses (law firms, dental offices, real-estate agencies, and trades) save time and increase efficiency using AI automation tools.
We’re expanding our outreach and looking for a reliable VA to help us connect with new clients, manage communication, and keep our lead pipeline organized.

Your Daily Tasks
• Research and compile leads (law, dental, real estate, trades).
• Send personalized outreach emails using templates provided.
• Make short follow-up calls to warm leads (scripts provided).
• Log all activity inside our Notion dashboard (CRM).
• Schedule and confirm appointments in Calendly.
• Submit daily progress reports.

Skills & Requirements

•Excellent written and spoken English.
•Experience with lead generation, cold email, or appointment setting.
•Organized and detail-oriented (daily data tracking is essential).
• Familiar with Google Sheets, Gmail, or CRMs.
• Stable internet connection and quiet environment for calls.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn about AI.

Bonus (not required):
Familiarity with ChatGPT, automation tools (Zapier, Notion, Instantly.ai), or small-business systems.
