Bookkeeper/Accounting & Sales Support Specialist (ODOO)

You will be a trusted partner in our operations, using your expertise with ERP systems to streamline our processes and drive growth. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail, we want you on our team.
What you will be doing:

Take ownership of our financial health: Handle all core bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, monthly sales tax reports, and bill payments, ensuring every transaction is precise.
Power our sales pipeline: Quickly and accurately process sales orders from our dynamic sales team and our exciting new Shopify e-commerce website
Control the flow of goods: Meticulously manage and monitor inventory within our Odoo ERP, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
Optimize and innovate: Leverage your ERP knowledge to improve our processes and create a seamless workflow.
Connect with a supportive team: Collaborate with our U.S. team during business hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST (California) via Slack and Google Meet, becoming a valued member of our company culture.

*NEED A PROFESSIONAL WHO
Is a high level bookkeeper and/or who has equivalent high-level accounting experience.
Brings 2+ years of experience using an ERP system. Experience with Odoo is a major plus, but we will provide training for candidates with a strong background in other systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Xero).

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at sales support.
Has a proven track record of impeccable accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicates clearly and fluently in English.
Possesses a fast, reliable internet connection (50+ Mbps) and a backup power source.
Has a positive, proactive, and independent work ethic, who can be trusted and relied upon
