Market Structure Analyst/ Trader (Contractor – Remote)

Type: Contractor – Remote (Fixed schedule, ~8 hrs/day), Full-Time, Long-Term
Pay: $7 to $9/hr (Depending on Experience) (Time Tracker + Deel)

*Mission
We are building Cycle Labs into a world-class trading intelligence group. This role exists to provide timing, structure, and sentiment overlays that sharpen our trade execution. Our immediate goal is aggressive: turn $300k into $3M within 2 years using disciplined market structure strategies.

*Key Outcomes (First 45 Days)
-Learn and apply Elliott Wave and Gann methods with training.
-Maintain weekly market structure charts across BTC, ETH, Gold, Silver, S&P, DXY, Oil, crypto miners, gold/silver miners, and key commodities.
-Deliver twice-weekly narrative/sentiment scans: track what stories are being pushed vs. reality.
-Document SOPs for charting and sentiment workflows.
-By Day 45: fully own weekly chart updates and sentiment scans with reliable output the senior trader can use for execution.

*Responsibilities
-Build and update market structure charts (crypto, miners, metals, commodities, equities, dollar index).
-Track and synthesize narratives/sentiment: identify “what’s being hidden, and why.”
-Provide clear written and video reports.
-Document SOPs for repeatable workflows.

*What Success Looks Like
-Within 6 weeks, you are producing reliable chart packs and sentiment scans that integrate seamlessly into our trading process.

*Tools & Environment
-TradingView (provided)
-Slack for communication.
-Trello/ClickUp or Notion for deliverables.
-Optional AI tools allowed — but only if paired with independent thought.

*Compensation & Logistics
-Contractor role at $7 to $9/hr.
-Fixed schedule: Start 30 minutes before market open, ~8 hours/day.
-Daily start-of-day + end-of-day reports required.
-Trial-to-hire: All candidates begin with a 2-week paid trial project (chart packs, timing forecasts, and sentiment scans).
