JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Wholesale Shipment Specialist who understands how to manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments from creation to delivery. The ideal candidate must know how to create and reconcile shipments, communicate with Amazon Seller Support when discrepancies occur, and efficiently open and manage cases for closed or problem shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments in Seller Central, ensuring all product quantities, box content, and carrier details are accurate.
Coordinate with suppliers and prep centers to ensure products are correctly labeled and sent to the designated fulfillment centers.
Monitor shipment statuses — track inbound shipments, identify delays, and resolve discrepancies.
Create cases in Seller Central when a shipment is marked as “Closed” but inventory is missing, damaged, or not received properly.
Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to reconcile shipment issues (missing units, overages, or damaged items).
Maintain accurate shipment documentation (invoices, packing slips, tracking numbers).
Collaborate with the inventory and operations team to ensure smooth restocking and shipment flow.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Amazon Wholesale or FBA operations (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, especially the FBA Shipment Creation workflow.
Ability to open, track, and manage Amazon cases effectively until resolution.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Amazon’s shipping policies and performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience using inventory and shipping tools such as InventoryLab, ScanUnlimited, or Keepa.
Familiarity with Amazon reconciliation reports and shipment discrepancy reports.
Understanding of prep center workflows and labeling requirements.
