About the Role:
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant Setter to manage our Instagram DMs, comments, and lead flow - turning attention into booked appointments.

If you’re fast, friendly, and love connecting with people online, this role is for you.

You’ll qualify leads, answer questions, follow up, and keep every conversation warm and human.

You’ll help patients in our community get care faster - and you’ll grow with a team that values initiative, ownership, and excellence.

???? Schedule: Evening/Overnight U.S. hours (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM EST)
???? Pay: Base + uncapped commissions (realistic $2,000 +/month potential with consistent performance)

What You’ll Do:
Respond to inbound messages, comments, and new followers quickly and professionally

Send 10 + quality outbound messages per hour to engage potential patients

Qualify leads and schedule appointments directly into our system

Maintain accurate notes in Notion CRM - every lead tracked, no loose ends

Communicate with the team through Slack and support coordination as needed
