Skyview Vacations is a premier short-term rental co-hosting company based in Granbury, Texas (USA). We’ve been in the hospitality business for nearly 9 years, managing beautiful vacation homes across multiple markets.

We have a growing team of local staff in Texas and virtual assistants in the Philippines — and we’re looking for another dedicated, detail-oriented tea ---------- mber to join our Guest Communications team.

Your Role

You will handle day-to-day guest communications for our short-term rental properties. You’ll ensure that guests receive prompt, professional, and friendly responses before, during, and after their stay.

This is a long-term role for someone who’s ready to fully commit to Skyview Vacations. We do not allow working with other clients. If we find that a VA has external commitments, the contract will be immediately terminated. We value honesty, integrity, and loyalty on this team.

Responsibilities

- Respond to guest messages through Cloudbeds, Airbnb, VRBO, and Hospitable
- Manage inquiries, booking requests, and guest issues promptly
-Communicate with our local team about maintenance, cleaning, or check-in concerns
-Update reservations and monitor booking details for accuracy
-Ensure smooth communication between guests and the on-site team
-Review listings and report any needed updates

Qualifications (Strictly Required)

- Experience with Cloudbeds (highly required; this is our top priority right now)
- Strong, hands-on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, and Hospitable
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
- Extreme attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Must work full-time on U.S. CST hours
- Reliable internet connection and backup plan for power outages
