About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who is proactive, dependable, and passionate about delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes personal responsibility for their work, can independently manage projects from start to finish, and communicates clearly and effectively with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code while ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
Communicate progress, challenges, and timelines effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer.
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.).
Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and API development.
Experience with project management and working in agile environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
